- Delay in payment may lead to booking cancellation without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellation charges apply as per the time of notice and the specific booking conditions.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service provider’s or supplier’s refund policy.

- Tripackers is not responsible for denied entries, missed flights, or penalties due to documentation errors.
- Clients are responsible for adhering to local laws and regulations of each destination.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Tripackers acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, and tour operators.
- We shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages, or injuries beyond our control.
- Acts or omissions by third-party vendors.
- Natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
