Sapa Easy Walking

Duration: 4 Days | Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi

Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa by Express bus (L, D)

Depart Hanoi on Sapa Express Bus at 7 AM, after 6-hour journey on a good road we reach to Sapa passing through Vinh Phuc, Yen Bai, Lao Cai provinces. Arriving in Sapa, “A town on Cloud”, we will be welcome and transfer to our hotel. This afternoon, we will have the opportunity to view the magnificent scenery for our first walk to Cat Cat village.
Overnight in hotel in Sapa.

Day 2: Lao Chai, Ta Van Villages (B, L, D)

Today we will commence a short journey by driving south toward Muong Hoa valley. From here, start our walk down trail into the valley, which is the largest terraced rice paddy field in Sapa area. We will understand more about how the local people here cultivate the rice on the hill sides. If we visit the valley sometime in between May and October, we will see & experience how the local do planting and harvesting, one of the most important activities in the daily life. You can even try how to cut the rice plant on the fields. The walk takes us from Lao Chai, the village of Black Hmong people then to Ta Van, a village of Giay people. On the way, we also visit a local Catholic Church. After Ta Van, we go back to Sapa on our van. Overnight in hotel in Sapa

Day 3: Sapa – Pansipan Peak by Mountain Train & Cable car (B, L, D)

After breakfast at hotel, we walk to Sun Plaza where we take 4-minute Mountain Train through valleys, viaducts and tunnels offering beautiful views of surrounding villages as well as nature. Reaching the Cable Car station, we get off the train and enjoy another 20 minutes cable car ride up to the top. Normally, it takes at least two or three days to reach the Peak of Fansipan Mountain on foot. However, with the newly three-rope cable car system, we can see the peak and spectacular surrounding from the peak within half a day.
After 20-minute ride, we start challenging yourself with 636 high steps up to Fansipan Summit – which is considered ‘The Roof of Indochina’ with 3,143-meter height. Enjoy spectacular scenery of Hoang Lien Mountain and lush forest, we walk down to the cable car station and ride back. Take the Mountain Train back to town and have lunch in Indian restaurant.
In the afternoon, we visit the busy town’s market with colorful local stuffs, see minority people at their daily life and try your bargain skills in buying beautiful small stuffs as souvenirs.
Dinner at Indian restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Day 4: Sapa – Ham Rong Mountain – Hanoi by bus (B, L)

After breakfast, we have short visit to Ham Rong Mountain, enjoy traditional music performance and get panorama of Sapa town. Having lunch, check out and depart to Hanoi. Arriving in Hanoi at 21h30, we transfer to hotel.
Trip ends.

Duration: 3 Days | Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi

Day 1: Hanoi arrival – City Tour (L, D)

Arrival at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, we will be welcomed by our friendly local guide and transferred to our hotel.
(Note: Hotel’s check in is 14.00/15.00, Early check in is NOT included).
After that, we will visit some highlights in the city. Our first stop is Ho Chi Minh Complex which we will visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Mnh Mausoleum (outside visit only if later than 10.30 AM), his simple stilt-house and fish pond, the outside of the impressive Presidential Palace and finally the nearby One Pillar Pagoda that originally built since 11th century.
Continue visiting the oldest pagoda in Hanoi – Tran Quoc Pagoda which located by the West Lake.
Lunch at Indian restaurant.
After lunch, we visit the Temple of Literature, the Temple of Confusion, also the first university in Vietnam that was built in 1070.
We finish our day with a cyclo ride around the Old Quarters through maze of narrow streets and shops. We then sit down for Water Puppet Show for 45-minutes show. Drop off at hotel and end the tour.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay Day-cruise – Joined (B, L, D)

Pick up at hotel in the Old Quarter, we then drive to Halong Bay.
On arrival, we check in the cruise’s lounge at Tuan Chau Marina Bay. Welcome on board with safety regulations briefted by Cruise manager.
The cruise is setting sail, and you will have the opportunity to admire and explore the magnificent beauty of the thousands of limestone karsts as the cruise navigates through Halong Bay.
We then visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most stunning caves in Halong Bay. Here, you will be amazed by the breathtaking scenery and the intricate formations of the sparkling and enchanting stalactites and stalagmites.
After lunch, we pass through famous landmarks such as Ho Dong Tien Cave, Me Cung Cave, and Trong Cave. Take some time to relax and unwind before continuing your journey.
In the afternoon, we stop is the Luon Cave area. Here, you can engage in one of two exciting activities: kayaking or taking a bamboo boat ride.
Our next stop is Titop Island, a stunning island with picturesque natural scenery and a beautiful beach that resembles a crescent moon. Here, you can freely immerse yourself in the crystal-clear water or trek up to the summit of Titop Island, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay with a 360-degree perspective.
Afternoon tea on the sundeck while admiring the most beautiful spots of Halong Bay during the return journey of the cruise. These include Heaven's Gate, Dog Stone Islet, Incense Burner Islet, and Fighting Cock Islet.
At around 5.30 PM, the cruise docks at the port, marking the end of the journey exploring Halong Bay. Get in the bus and transfer back to Hanoi.
Dinner at restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi – Shopping & Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel.
Free time for shopping in the maze shops in the Old Quarters or shopping malls.
Check out and transferred to the airport for departure flight.

Day 3: Hanoi – Bai Dinh Pagoda – Trang An – Hanoi (B, L, D)

Today, we will drive to Ninh Binh Province and visit Bai Dinh Spiritual and Culture Complex, the largest Buddhist pagoda complex in the North of Vietnam. After lunch, we take a pleasant boat rowing in Hoang Long River to visit Trang An Eco-Tourism complex. The complex is surrounded by picturesque landscape with thousands of hectares with more than 100 caves which can be explored by boat. In the late afternoon, we return to Hanoi for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Hanoi – Shopping & departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel.
Free time for shopping in the maze shops in the Old Quarters or shopping malls.
Check out and transferred to the airport for departure flight.

Day 2: Hanoi – Bai Dinh Pagoda – Trang An – Hanoi (B, L, D)

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on boat (B, L, D)

This morning, we will take 180 KM to Halong Bay, which was recognized by UNESCO as the World Natural Heritage in 1994 and 2000. On arrival, we will board our overnight cruise and savour a delicious seafood lunch. We will be passing through several limestone islands, kayaking among the hidden areas of the Bay, swimming at Soi Sim Beach or trekking to the top of the island. Dinner and overnight on boat.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L, D)

Start your day with Tai Chi exercises before having breakfast. We then explore Sung Sot Cave – one of the most amazing caves in Halong Bay and passing through Ba Hang Fishing village, Dog Islet and more. Watch the cooking demonstration and enjoying lunch before cruising back to the pier and find our car to take us back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi – Shopping & departure (B)

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on boat (B, L, D)

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Overnight Train to Lao Cai (B, L, D)

Day 4: Sapa – Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho Village (B, L, D)

Pick up at Lao Cai Station then we drive to Sapa. After breakfast at a local restaurant, we will hike downhill to Cat Cat Village with stops at a beautiful waterfall and a hydroelectric station. Continue hiking through the rice fields to Y Linh Ho – homes to Black H’mong people. After 3-hour walking, we return to the town and have free time at Sapa town. Overnight in a hotel in Sapa.

Day 5: Sapa – Fansipan Peak by Cable Car – Limousine back to Hanoi (B, L, D)

After breakfast at hotel, we then travel southward by car to Muong Hoa valley. On the way, we stop at some stopovers to get the panorama of Fansipan mount and Muong Hoa valley with hundreds of villages. Welcome at the gate of villages are local Black H’mong and Red Dao ladies and children with colourful costumes, who will invite tourists buy souvenirs. Leave them behind, we start walking through the largest rice paddy terraced among Sapa area. On the way, we meet sometimes mothers and baby working on the fields, mothers are working on the water rice field while babies are sitting on the bank with an umbrella covered the rain or sun. We also can stop at some local houses, local school for chatting or quick look how the daily life of Black Hmong and Giay ethnic minority people living and working.
Later, we walk back up the road and transfer back to Sapa for lunch and check out, we will in our Express Bus to go back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at around 9h30 PM, we will check in the hotel for the night.

Day 6: Hanoi Shopping – Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel.
Free time for shopping in the maze shops in the Old Quarters or shopping malls.
Check out and transferred to the airport for departure flight.
